"I contacted Rob in order to surprise my husband with the gift of an Indian Motorcycle. He worked with me very patiently and answered every single question I had very quickly. "Rob,Randy and gang. You guys and gals are great at Indian of Pittsburgh. I stopped buy in May just to see the 09' Willow Green and cream Vintage Chief and it was all over from there, I flew back to TX. with that bike on my mind along with how great the customer service was. Rob answered all my questions with no pressure to buy, I took several Pic's and then made the call a month later and asked Rob if he still had the bike I was looking at, He did and then we worked out the deal. Rob shipped the bike to TX. just as I ordered it and it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Everything I could of asked for and more. The 09' Vintage is an awesome bike. I only have a 140 miles on her so far but I HIGHLY recomend one. My 99' Cheif will be sitting for awhile. I can tell you that. It was and is a Blessing to work with Indian of Pittsburgh. "My husband's 2002 Chief had been sitting in the garage, unused, for almost three years. I called the shop and the bike was towed to the store. Randy looked the bike over and gave us an estimate. Within only TWO WEEKS, our bike was fixed,detailed to perfection, and back on the road! Everyone was so helpful and professional. We even got a follow up call to make sure everything was okay. "Every visit to Indian Motorcycle of Pittsburgh has been a positive experience (events, sales, & service) . You have provided the parts, accessories, items, and service that I wanted for my 03 Vintage Chief and added to my growing collection of Indian Motorcycle items. The people at Indian Motorcycle of Pittsburgh are top-notch and great to deal with. Whether it's Owner Rob, John in Sales, Randy's Service, or the Girls at the cash register - - - they all add to a terrific time at the dealership. It was also nice to meet a friend of a friend, Ralph Mashuda who also knows my friend in Hawaii, Glenn Domhoff, that recommended Indian Motorcycle of Pittsburgh to me (both are great people). After riding a couple hours, from Ohio, to your shop on my 03 Vintage Chief, then back home after a tune-up & other services - - I must say that the ride home was smoother with a more responsive motorcycle. "My buddy and I drove 2 hours to your dealership to pick up my 2003 Chief you guys had serviced for me. We brought his truck and it had some alternator issues and we couldn't get a new alternator until the next morning. You guys picked us up at PepBoys, brought us to your dealership, helped us find a hotel, dropped us off at the hotel, and then helped us load up the bike in his trailer the next day....what great customer service.
